Hopefully in the next book, these questions will be answered. I loved the twists and turns. I wasn't expecting what happened. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but to me, it wasn't expected really. =) I can't wait to read the next installment.

I LOVE this series. Heather Webber is a new author to me. This is the second in the "Lucy Valentine" series. I can't put these books down. Very quick read. LOVE it. The characters, the story, all of it - MUST READ. I am going to try some of her other books. I can't get enough. I hope the author continues to write Lucy.

This is book 8 in the Hannah Swensen series. I really enjoy this series. To be honest, this isn't one of those series that once you are done you immediately have to pick up the nest one. I usually read one or two at a time. Then I will come back after reading some more books. I read these books fairly fast. They are fast paced and make me laugh and smile in many places. I loved this book. Looking forward to reading more in the series.

This is book 7 in the Hannah Swensen series. I am enjoying this series. Some people tire of the back and forth between the two boyfriends, but I am used to that with Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. =) This book didn't disappoint. Fast paced action - made me smile and laugh in many places. I would recommend to give this series a try.

I was hesitant to read another Nicholas Sparks book as the first two made me cry. =) But I gave it a try. I have to admit I kept reading wondering how he was going to make me cry. Guess what? He didn't! It was a great storyline. I have to admit (without giving away spoilers) I didn't see the 'twist' at the end coming. Looking back, I understood, but wow! What a great story! Highly recommend this book!!!

This is another author I am reading for the first time. WOW! I really enjoyed this book. I really like how the characters were developed and the storyline. I couldn't put the book down. If you haven't tried Sheila Roberts - give her a try. I would compare her to Susan Mallery and Susan Wiggs. I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading more books by her.

This is another first author for me. I LOVED it. I can't say I loved the ending though. I was wanting something more at the end. I loved the characters and the feeling they had - especially with the main character and her struggles with her past.

I would recommend this book. I can't wait to read others by this author.

When starting the book and finding it skipped a couple of years, I almost wanted to stop reading it. One of the things I enjoyed about the first three in the series is that the time didn't lapse between books. This one was different. But I kept reading and I am glad I did. What a great story. I enjoyed hearing the 'updates' on the past main characters and most of them are a good part of this one. All in all it is still a great book and I am looking forward to final book in this series.

This is the 2nd book I have read by Nicholas Sparks. I LOVED it!!! The writing just sucks you in and you don't want to put the book down.

I did cry again like I did as I read "The Last Song". I can't say I loved the ending, but still loved the book. I probably won't see the movie for either book.

Would definitely recommend!!

This is the first in a series. And the first book I have read by this author. I really enjoyed this. I am finding a lot of 'cozy' books that are similar in reading the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich.

"Knock Off" is a nice quick read.

I have read many of Susan Donovan's previous books and enjoyed them very much. I was excited to see this one at the store. My excitement didn't last long. This is not the same Susan Donovan I am used to reading. I had to skim through most of the book. It just wasn't the same type of book I am used to. As a reviewer on PBS (PaperBackSwap) said - inappropriate use of the 'f' word. I do have to agree. I am sorry to say I give this one a thumbs down. It appears this will be a series with Josie's friends taking a turn. I don't think I am going to be checking them out. I am very disappointed...

I read a review at a friend's blog Book Story. I had already read and reviewed Georgia on My Mind by Rachel Hauck due to her blog, so I was anxious to read this book and was THRILLED to see it available at a local library! I really enjoyed this book as well. I do have to say the ending was a little too perfect but WHO CARES once in awhile. I loved the twists and turns and surprises a long the way. I HIGHLY recommend this book. LOVED it!!

What a great debut for Sara Evans.

This is the first book I have read by Mr. Sparks. I didn't know what to expect. I have heard of the movie/book by him "The Notebook" but I am probably one of the few that has never seen it. I read the description about the book and thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did. It was probably one of THE best books I have ever read. I felt like I was part of the book. I was wrapped up in the writing. LOVED it!! It is also the first book in which I have had tears coming down my eyes. I thought about my dad, whom I lost when I was only 11, throughout this book. Even still, it is still a two hankie book. Wonderfully written. Mr. Sparks has a new fan!!! Can't wait to try another book by him

This is the 6th in the series by Joanne Fluke. I am enjoying them. I will admit that I was a little put off at first with 'murder' as I am not a gory type of a reader. But I was introduced to this 'cozy' series by a fellow PBS'r (PaperBackSwap'er) who also enjoys Janet Evanovich.

There have been some people that can't continue with this series because of Hannah's indecision between Norman and Mike. I guess it doesn't bother me too much because I am 'used to it' with the Stephanie Plum series. =)

I chuckle like I do with the Janet Evanovich series and smile, which I didn't think I would do in a 'murder' book.

Another great bonus with this series is the recipes. This one is NO exception. Don't let the number of pages fool you. You get a TON of recipes! I plan on trying some and posting them on my other blog (which I need to update): www.ilerfamilyrecipes.blogspot.com.

I am really liking these cozy books. I hope you do too.

When looking for other books to read by this author I noticed that she has two "Savannah" books before. I am very anal about series readong so I am not sure if I should go back and read the two books beofre "Blue Christmas" or not. Or if this one is a stand alone book, so if you should have read the other two first. So if you know, please let me know.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the 2nd book I have read by her. This was a quick light read. I would recommend this book at any time of the year. I look forward to reading more books by Ms. Andrews.

This is the 2nd book I have read by Ms. Hoag. I enjoyed this quick read as much as the first book "The Trouble with JJ." It was a light read and a great storyline. I had a smile on my face in many parts of this book.

Julia London is well known for her historical novels, which I normally don't read, so I was excited to see this contemporary novel at my local store. Boy am I glad I picked this book up. I couldn't put this book down. I felt I was a part of the story that I could connect with the main character Macy, even though I have never been and hope I am never in her situation. The twists and turns in the story just had me hooked. If you get a chance to pick this book up, do so. I even emailed the author to tell her how much I enjoyed her contemporary novel and to hope she would continue to write them. She did respond to me and that she will be coming out with another contemporary novel with some of the same characters. I am excited and Ms. London has a new fan!!

What a great end to the series. To be honest I was afraid to read this one. The last series I read by this author I was highly disappointed in the last book. I am glad I read this one though. What a great book! I was sad to see it end! I love series books like that. I enjoyed all the characters and couldn't wait to see how it all wrapped up. A must read series!

Tami Hoag is a new author for me. When doing research before reading this book, this book was one of her first writings. She is now more popularly known as a suspense writer. I think those books are a little 'dark' for me, but this book was a nice 'light' romance book. Not too 'sugary' sweet. I enjoyed it. I might browse her other books to see if there might be a suspense book that would interest me, as I do like romantic suspense books, but not too 'dark'. But if you are looking for a new author and a light, quick romantic read, this book is it. I highly recommend.

Again, if you like Stephanie Plum, you will like this book (maybe even more than the previous review - Hannah Swensen). I laughed in many places in this book. I could even picture a few of the characters if this were ever to make a movie. What a great start to the series. Check it out!!

Another great installment in the Cedar Cove series. I did enjoy this one better than the previous installment. I am enjoying this series as Ms. Macomber knows how to introduce new characters will keeping previous characters fresh and updated.

The description really says it all. If you want to keep the "Laura Ingalls" image of Melissa Gilbert do NOT read this book. I admit I did skim through parts of the book. There are just some things I didn't want to know. I thought there would have been more "Little House" stories or more information on her relationship with Michael Landon, but there wasn't. It was an ok read. At the end of the book, she printed out some of the other title ideas for her book and I can't believe some people had the nerve to send some in. WOW!

This is the third in the "Lone Star Sisters" series. I was hesitant to read this as the last Susan Mallery series I read I was very disappointed in the plot in the last book. But then I read that there is a fourth book so I relaxed a little. =) I enjoyed this book. This is Izzy's story. I really like how the other characters are still interacting in the future books. The next book comes out in November and it is the sisters' friend Dana. Reading the synopsis...... I don't know..... I am going to TRY and read it with and open mind..... =) I promise.

I have read the Grace Valley series by Robyn Carr as well as a couple of her earlier 'stand alone' books. I have enjoyed them all. "The Wedding Party" is no exception. I can't tell you it was one of those books you just can't put down (well until you are about 2/3 of the way done). It was funny and well written. I read a review of this book saying it was 'predictable'. I didn't necessarily find that was the case. I wasn't really sure how it was going to turn out. The only gripe I have is that the story was just crusing along and then BOOM it was the end and abruptly everyone had their stories 'completed' so to speak. All in all, I still recommend this book.

I am really particular about my series books. =) But I still enjoyed reading the backstory on Zeke. If you haven't already read the Lone Star series by Susan Mallery (I have reviewed the first 2 books here I believe) then I suggest you read this one first and then start the series.

I am trying to lose weight so I thought this would be the perfect motivating book for me right now. Not quite, but that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy this book. I couldn't put the book down. Yes, I did get some weight loss tips and such, so that is worth reading the book in itself, but the story and characters kept me reading and wanting to know how it turned out. It is a nice quick read. Enjoy!

This is a sequel to "Shoe Addicts Anonymous". I enjoyed the first book quite a bit. It has been awhile so I had to think while reading the sequel about what happened in the first book. You don't necessarily have to read the first book to 'get' the second book, though if you are 'anal' in this area like I am with series books then read the first one before this one. =) I will admit this sequel was not as good as the first one, but still an enjoyable read. To me, you are reading along and then all of a sudden all the loose ends are tied up and BOOM the book is done. Still I would recommend this book. Looking forward to her next release "Hope in a Jar".

This was a light quick read. Unfortunately it was a little predictable, but the writing and story made up for that. It made me laugh in spots . I will continue on in the series. If you are looking for a fun quick read, this is a book for you.

Again, this is a new author for me. I thought it would be a nice quick light read. WOW!! It was a little more 'steamy' than I had anticipated. Some of the scenes were a little more 'graphic' than I like, but all in all it was a very good book and since it is the beginning of a series, I will definitely be putting the next book on my 'wish list' on Paperback Swap. =) I did like the characters and there were some funny moments in the book.

This is the last book in the Lost Texas Hearts trilogy. The first two books are "Almost Like Being in Love" and "Just the Way You Are". These are the first books I have read by Christina Dodd and I am now a fan of her contemporary novels. This third book sure didn't disappoint. It had many twists and turns and I couldn't wait to see how it all tied in for the ending.

I highly recommend this book (actually the trilogy) to anyone who likes romance books with a little suspense in the mix.
